Website Maintenance

You can have your website created by anyone. And you may have a very nice site, indeed. It may look quite nice, functions well and seems to attract site visitors. That's all well and good, until something goes wrong.

Perhaps, all of a sudden ...

  • you receive an email telling you that someone placed an online order on your website, but they haven't received their product or service and they have not heard from you regarding that order?

  • you notice one day that your website pictures are not showing up but only those goofy squares with the little red 'X' in them, where a picture should be. Like this ...


  • someone tells you they tried to send you an email and that your email doesn't work?

    There are many things that could go wrong on your website but you get the idea.

    So, you call your website designer ... but you are unable to contact him.
    Or if you do get ahold of her, you find out that your 'designer' is just that ... a designer.
               (She doesn't offer 'Webmaster' services.)
  • Or you discover that your website designer was a 'Design Student', taking a required course in website design but he has graduated and moved home.
    And suddenly, you find out, you really don't have a webmaster.

    All too often, the person who designs your website, doesn't offer website maintenance service.
    They don't do maintenance but rather, they just design websites ... and they wish you well with your 'problems' or perhaps they offer to do you a favor and do a 'one-time fix' of the problems for hundreds or thousands of dollars.

    NOW, what do you do? How can your get your website running correctly, if you don't have a Webmaster and you can't fix it yourself?

    That is one of the many differences in the services that I offer. I offer website design services and website maintenance! I will design a website for you and I will be available to do maintenance!

    There is nothing worse than being left alone in 'the wilderness of cyberspace' with a website that isn't working with nobody to turn to for help! ( ... perhaps clowns are worse but that's for another website!)
