Marketing and Promotion of a website is constantly changing. In years past, a few submissions of a website to 'Google', 'Yahoo' and other search engines used to do the trick and your site most probably would show up in their page rankings in short order. That technique no longer works as well as it once did.

The internet has changed and grown huge and website promotion has evolved. The introduction of successful social networking sites that support and promote your website such as Facebook, Twitter and others, have pushed that growth and today, online marketing and promotion has truly become an advertising specialty and a full-time profession.
